Lot location and real estate service	* Our in-house Realtor and lot specialist will help you locate a lot that will suit your tastes, lifestyle and budget. * You're assured that the lot will work for the home you have in mind. * We will estimate the site work costs for you. * We will assure that the house and lot combined will meet or exceed the valuation needed to satisfy mortgage and construction loan requirements.
Design the home to your best advantage	* We will assess from the topographical plan and from viewing the lot, where the best views are and will design the home to take advantage of them. * We know costs. We start with your budget in mind and work within that budget to design the home based on your tastes, lifestyle, and "wishlist".
Lender recommendation service	* We will recommend a lender that will provide the best service and lowest rates based upon your individual circumstance.
Sub-division and CC&R compliance	* We insure compliance with the building guidelines and covenants set forth by the architectural committees of your sub-division when necessary.
City and County Government permits for building	* We will work with the government agencies required to obtain any and all permits needed to build the planned house. This includes, but is not limited to: building permits, septic and well permit, fencing permit, pool permit, plant relocation permit, etc.
In-house Broker / Real Estate services	* We will discuss the possibility of taking your current house in on trade for a beautiful Arista Development home! * Our in-house Broker/Realtor will help you find out the value of your existing home. We can also list your current home at a reduced Broker/Realtor fee. * We will assist you in locating a suitable rental property when relocating to the Phoenix area, or if you must sell your current home prior to moving in to your new Arista Development home.
